The purpose of this application is for Draft Plan of Condominium approval for a condominium development consisting of 19 townhouse units on a common element roadway, parking and landscaping. Proposal is consistent with existing zoning provisions. Access will be from Valleyridge Drive via private condo road.
If approved by Council, the effect of the application will allow for the creation of individual residential units and common element areas for the condominium. Upon registration of the approved plan of condominium, individual units may be transferred to unit purchasers.
The subject land is located on the NW corner of Richview Blvd. and Valleyridge Drive.
