The Town of Oakville has received a REVISED Zoning By-law Amendment and REVISED Draft Plan of Subdivision application to enable the development of a 11 ha parcel of land for 179 residential units (detached, semi-detached and townhouses), parkland, commercial uses and a stormwater management pond. Access is from Sixth Line.

The purpose of the application is to re-zone the subject lands from R01 to R02 (site specific) and to create a plan of condominium to provide for the development of 23 detached dwellings.
The subject land is located on the south side of Lakeshore Road West between Birch Hill Lane and Shorewood Place, municipally known as 394 Lakeshore Road West.
