Zoning By-law Amendment Bronte Village growth area Bronte Village Commercial Parking Implementation File: 42.10.24
The purpose of this proposal is to revise the parking requirements of the Zoning By-law for non-residential uses in the C3R zone of Bronte Village. This proposal implements recommendations based on:
1. Results of the town’s Commercial Parking Study, 2006, and 2. Council approved resolutions from July 11, 2006.
The effect of this proposal will be to establish a more consistent approach to regulating on-site parking in Bronte Village by eliminating specific parking standards for individual uses in favour of a lower, generalized parking rate for all commercial uses.
These lands are also subject to OMB file PL090104 (Z.1730.34) Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment for 140, 144, 150, 154 and 158 Bronte Road. More details: Public Notice
