The purpose of this application is to create an industrial plan of subdivision containing 4 blocks.
If approved, the proposal will include 2 development blocks, a storm water management facility block and a woodlot block. The woodlot and storm water management facility blocks are to be dedicated to the Town at a future date.
The subject land is located on the north-east corner of Rebecca Street and Burloak Drive (Bounded by Great Lakes, Rebecca and Burloak).
A portion of the subject lands are subject to separate Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning applications under File # Z.1635.08.
